  24. Similar results:  from about 25% 28.8 connects and 75% 26.4 connects
  25. with v1.2, to about 75% 28.8 connects and 25% 26.4connects  with v
  26. 1.4.

  28.  OBTW throughput on a compressed file from a BBS is about 3250 cps
  29. with the v 1.4.  Throughput seems stable.
